Pinellas Senior Living Help provides information and referrals to help families consider senior living options in Pinellas County, Florida, and nearby areas. The site is operated by Sandra Cantu, Florida Licensed Realtor® SL3642627, Jalexian Realty, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).

 

We are not:

• an assisted living facility, nursing home, or memory care community

• the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)

• a medical provider, care manager, attorney, or financial advisor

• a guarantee of admission, pricing, or a particular outcome

 

2. Informational use only

Content on this site is general information. It is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Community availability, licenses, prices, and services change. Always confirm details with the community and review the facility on AHCA’s public site before you decide.

 

3. No obligation

Submitting the form or calling us does not require you to use a particular community, list a home, or hire us. You may stop at any time.

 

4. Referrals and fees

We may refer you to licensed senior living communities. A participating community may pay us a referral fee if you move in after that referral. You and your family are not charged a referral or placement fee. 

 

You remain free to choose any community, including communities we did not suggest.

It is unlawful to knowingly refer a person to an unlicensed assisted living facility or to a facility whose license is denied, suspended, revoked, or under a moratorium. See Florida Statutes § 429.08. We refer only to communities we understand to be appropriately licensed.

5. Real estate services are separate

If you ask for help selling or buying a home, that work is a separate licensed real estate relationship under Florida law and is not paid through an assisted living referral fee. Any listing, buyer, or transaction-broker relationship will be confirmed in the proper Florida real estate documents.

 

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• Not use the site for unlawful purposes

• Not submit another person’s personal information unless you have the right to do so

• Make the final care and housing decision yourself or with your legal authority (power of attorney, guardian, or the senior)

 

7. Form submissions and communications

You authorize us to contact you at the phone number and email you provide about your inquiry. If you do not want follow-up, tell us and we will stop non-required communications.

 

8. Third-party sites and communities

Links to communities, AHCA, or other resources are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

 

9. Intellectual property

The Pinellas Senior Living Help name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without written permission.

 

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any community we discuss will meet your needs. Placement, waitlists, assessments, and contracts are between you and the community.

 

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Pinellas Senior Living Help and Sandra Cantu are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from a community you tour or choose. Our total liability related to the website or a referral is limited to $100, except where Florida law does not allow that limit (including liability that cannot be waived for real estate licensees acting in a licensed capacity).

 

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of information you submit, your misuse of the site, or a dispute between you and a senior living community, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.

 

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is part of these Terms.

 

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

 

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes related to this website is in the state courts of Pinellas County, Florida, unless another venue is required for a licensed real estate matter.
