As a BBB-accredited business owner through Sandy Buys Houses, I believe seniors deserve clear options, honest guidance, and no pressure—whether the goal is to sell as-is, list traditionally, downsize, or coordinate a move into independent living, assisted living, or another senior living community in Pinellas County.

Finding a community does not mean you have to list with me. If you would like one person to handle both the placement and the sale, I am glad to list the home.
